Glueing-Stars
with the clamping range of 1080mm. The clamping range is limited by solid anvils
of 80mm. All machines equipped with ALTEC-POWER-LINE-PRESSURE-BEAM PL-065. The
PL-065 is charactered through the press stroke of 80mm, the angle compensation
of 50mm. The force of pressure reach with 10 bar air-pressure at 60.000N (6
to) per meter press length. The glueing height is limited by the Hold-Down-Clamps
to 115mm. Two Hold-Down-Clamps are placed in one bridge. The actuation is alternatively
in mechanic or in pneumatik versions available an operate with an hold-down
pressure of 2900N per Hold-Down-Clamp.
Possible equipment for glueing tables are: Adjusting stops for different glueing depth, or for glueing under an angle. Twin-Hold-Down-Systems with two sidemoveable Hold-Down-Clamps for every pressure beam.
